The mission of PALS is to provide a safe, nurturing, and quality recreation program for the children of Maui County that addresses their physical, social, cultural, and educational needs during summer and intersession breaks.

1. Copy of Birth Certificate (for children 5-years-old only)
2. Health and Emergency Information (including allergy information)
3. Individuals Authorized to pick-up children
4. D.O.E.Verification of Reduced/Free Lunch Participation.
