Purpose:
This application is required when an amendment to the terms, conditions or time stipulations of an existing Planning permit or application is requested.
How To Apply:
Complete the
Application for Amendment to Permit Terms, Conditions, and Time Stipulations and submit it to the
Department of Planning.
A fully processed Zoning & Flood Confirmation Form must be attached to the application. Begin the Amendment application process by filling in the project identification portion of the form and submitting it to the Zoning Administration and Enforcement Division at One Main Plaza Suite 335. The zoning and flood designations are confirmed and then returned to the applicant for inclusion in the Amendment packet.

The Planning Department.
Duration of Approval:
As stated in the planning permit.
Fees:
A fee as specified in the Budget. If a public hearing is required,
Table A shall be used; if not then Table B shall be used to determine the fee.
