The Project Schedule outlines the activities and milestones of a project as well as draw downs of CDBG funds by month. The CDBG Program Office uses the Project Schedule as a tool to monitor a project’s progress and management.
The Project Schedule is required to be submitted to the CDBG Program Office 15 days after receipt of an executed Subrecipient Agreement by a Subrecipient, when a Subrecipient requests an extension to a Subrecipient Agreement or to update the CDBG Program Office on project activities and milestone as well as draw downs of CDBG funds.
