Road test fee of $20.00 may be paid prior to or on the day of your scheduled appointment at any County of Maui DMVL office.
Check-in at the road test site with your accompanying licensed driver, who must be 21 years or older at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Applicants are required to present the following documents upon checking in for the road test appointment: Documents must be valid ORIGINALS.

| Hawaii Motor Vehicle Insurance Card. Insurance may be on phone, but applicant must be able to present the card by using the insurance companies app. |
