Scope of Work

The project involves cold planning and resurfacing of Dickenson Street, Kapunakea Street, Nahale Place, South Nahale Place, Ipukula Way, Huea Street, and Hoapili Street; repairing a drain manhole on Kapunakea Street, and reconstructing pavement in the vicinity of Kapunakea Street and Front Street.  The scope of work includes cold planning; road resurfacing; constructing a new curb ramp and short section of sidewalk; pavement striping and markers; adjustment of manholes and water valves; and other incidental items.
