Scope of Work

The scope of work for this project involves the demolition and removal of the existing 8’ by 5’ corrugated metal arch culverts crossing Piilani Highway and associated structures; construction of a 18’ x 5’9” corrugated aluminum structural plate single arch culvert with concrete paved invert, footings, and headwalls; clearing and grubbing; earthwork; placing grouted rubble paving; reconstruction of pavement areas; installation of guardrails, pavement markings and other incidental items.
