Immigrant Services
Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Our goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community. We provide free assistance to non-immigrants, immigrants, non-migrants and citizens with a wide range of immigration related matters including, family-based petitions, permanent residency, and citizenship.

The "Summary of Services" link offers a list of our services. Our office hours and locations are described below. The Immigrant Services Division is not affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and does not adjudicate or enforce immigration matters.

Assistance Completing Forms

When Visiting Us

Having an appointment is not necessary. Inquiries will be taken on a first come first served basis. However, if you seek help with an issue or form that has the possibility of taking longer than half an hour, you can make an appointment by calling (808) 270-7791.

Please help us provide the best, and most efficient, service possible to you. It is important that you always bring your hard copy documents related to the case for which you are seeking assistance. If you are a permanent resident, you should always bring your Permanent Resident "Green Card" with you.

The Maui County Immigrant Services Division is not staffed by attorneys meant as a substitute for legal counsel. If your situation is complicated or involves the risk of financial loss, criminal liability, removal or deportation you should seek the advice of an attorney.

Our offices provide free assistance in filling out USCIS and other agency forms.  We do not adjudicate cases or provide legal advice. The County of Maui, Immigrant Services Division and its staff are not liable for unfavorable outcomes, financial or criminal liability resulting from your petition or application.
