Traveling to Maui County - State of Hawaii Safe Travels

Effective September 1, 2020, all travelers must complete the State of Hawaii Safe Travels online application. All travelers must complete the application at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Request for Limited Quarantine Form

All interisland travelers seeking a modified travel quarantine due to essential work or medical reasons must complete the Request for Limited Quarantine Form at least five (5) days prior to departure. Travelers also must complete the State of Hawaii Safe Travels online application.

Travel Between Lahaina and Manele Harbors

All travelers between Lahaina and Manele Harbors (through Expeditions Lanai) must complete a paper mandatory travel form. Please complete this form, print it out and bring it with you to the harbor.
