A culvert replacement project and road closure on Lower Honoapiilani Road in Napili will close four Maui Bus stops from Napili Plaza to Kapalua for approximately three months, the County of Maui Department of Transportation announced.
Beginning Wednesday, April 29, the following bus stops will not be in service:
- Napili Shores (both sides).
- Napili Kai.
- Napili Village.
- Kapalua Village.
The end of the route for the West Maui Islander will be at Napili Plaza. From there, the bus will head south, back into town. The stops heading back from Napili Plaza to Lahaina have been assigned new pick-up times.

Maui Bus general fares are $2 per boarding and $4 for a daily pass. Monthly passes are also available.
