Lana`i 5th Street Courts tennis wall painting project announced

The tennis court walls at the Lana`i 5th Street Courts will be painted from Sept. 13 through Sept. 15, 2021, the Department of Parks and Recreation announced.

The mauka-facing portion of the court will be blocked off while the existing tennis court wall is repainted. The affected court will be closed, but park visitors can use other facilities within the area.

The construction contract was awarded to King’s Painting.

Members of the public are asked to remain outside of construction area barriers at all times. The department appreciates the public’s patience and understanding.
