Kaunoa Senior Services offering online classes via Zoom in December

Kaunoa Senior Services is offering online classes via Zoom in December for seniors 55 years old and older. Classes include:

  • Move it Monday at 8 a.m. on Mondays
  • Stretching at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays
  • Yoga at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays
  • Interval Training at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Strength Training at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays
  • Low-Impact Aerobics at 9 a.m. on Thursdays
  • Strength & Conditioning Exercises at 10 a.m. on Thursdays
  • Range of Motion Exercises at 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays
  • Beginning Tai Chi at 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays
  • Zumba Fitness at 11 a.m. on Fridays
  • Tech Talk at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1
  • How to Avoid Probate at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2
  • Bamboo Watercolor Painting at 10 a.m. on Mondays, Dec. 6 & 13
  • Sewing: Mug Rugs and Mug Hugs at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7
  • Tea Bag Wreath Ornament at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7
  • Brain Health Boot Camp at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9
  • Backyard Hydroponics with Native Plants at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 10
  • Understanding the Cloud at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 14
  • Strategies for Successful Vegetable Growing at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16
  • Our Pacific Neighbors: USA Territories at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17 

Signed waivers are required for all classes.
