The following shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents for the subject project and shall govern the work taking precedence over previously issued documents covering the items noted. All conditions not modified shall remain unchanged.

BID OPENING DATE

The Bid Opening date has been changed from TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2014 to THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2014. The time (2:00 PM-HST) and location will remain the same.
