This project involves clearing and grubbing the existing area, removing and disposing of existing asphalt pavement and portions of sidewalk, to construct a new pedestrian walkway to connect the Kihei Public Library to S. Kihei Road. The scope of work includes constructing new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and driveways fronting the Kihei Fire Station; installing pavement striping and markers; installing or replacing street signs; and other associated work.
