The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for the replacement, programming, and testing of the existing SCADA servers and client computers at all three Wastewater Treatment Facilities. An existing Historian server will receive and store all historical data for the SCADA system. Existing RTUs a the Kihei Wasterwater Treatment Facility will also be replaced.
Only pre-qualified bidders will be permitted to bid on the project - please see
specification section 00100-7 to 00100-10 for further instructions.
