The project involves the demolition of the existing 48" and 24" pipe culverts crossing South Kihei Road and associated structures. Construction of twin 10'x3' concrete box culverts with concrete railings; clearing and grubbing; earthwork; placing of dumped riprap, reconstructing pavement areas; cold planing; and installation of guardrails, signage, pavement markings and other incidental items.
