The project includes pavement reconstruction of Baldwin Avenue between Hana Highway and Haliimaile Road with an asphalt concrete, asphalt treated base and aggregate base course pavement section. Other work includes cold planing and resurfacing of existing pavement, installation of pavement striping and markers, installation of signs, reconstruction of concrete sidewalk and other incidental work.
