The project consists of restoring the reliable WWRF capacity to 9.0 million gallons per day average daily flow and includes: New headworks effluent splitter and four air duct, new step-feed aeration basin, new secondary clarifier no. 6, modifications to existing flexible aeration basin and conventional aeration basin, modifications to existing secondary clarifier influent splitter and return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pump station, modifications to existing blower building, modifiction to existing solids processing facility, and site work and electrical improvements.
