The following changes shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents for the subject project and shall govern the work, taking precedence over previously issued specifications and drawings covering the items noted. All conditions not modified shall remain unchanged.

The Pre-bid Conference Date has been changed from THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2016 to WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2016. The time (9:00 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time) and location will remain the same.
