This project involves cold planning and resurfacing specific sections of Apana and Olinda Roads in Makawao and Haiku Road in Haiku and constructing speed tables at various locations island-wide. The scope of work includes road pavement work; installing pavement striping and markers; installing or replacing street signs; and other incidental items.
