This project involves cold planing and resurfacing Hukilike Street (Lalo Street to Dairy Road), Lono Avenue (W. Kamehameha Avenue to W. Kaahumanu Avenue), Ano Street (W. Wakea Avenue to Kea Street), Huali Way, Kaimana Place, Kipapa Place, and Komo Place; adjusting manholes and water valves; reconstruction of curb ramps; replacement of traffic loop detectors; installation of signage; installation of striping and pavement marking; and other incidental items.
