The project involves cold planing and resurfacing Hana Highway from the south end of Haneoo Road in Hana to 1.1 mile south. The scope of work includes cold planing the existing pavement; road resurfacing; pavement striping and markers; adjustment of manholes and water valves; and other incidental items.
