Pursuant to Chapter 103-D, HRS, sealed offers shall be received up to and be publicly opened at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on FRIDAY, September 4, 2009, by the Bid Receiver, Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, Wells Street Professional Building, 2145 Wells St, Suite 104, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, 96793, for the:
ROOF REPAIRS ON THE OPERATIONS OFFICE AND CENTRAL LAB TRAILERSFOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, COUNTY OF MAUI
Specifications and Offer Form may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, located at Suite 104 in the Wells Street Professional Building, 2145 Wells Street, Wailuku.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for the project. Interested parties are to meet at the project site at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Those who do not attend the pre-bid meeting and register their attendance in writing will not be permitted to bid on the project.
The Contractor, and his subcontractor(s), if any, shall comply with all applicable revisions of the law relative to the Prevailing Wage Schedule, as required under Chapter 104, HRS.
Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.
