A pre-bid conference is set for June 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. by video or telephone conference. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance in not mandatory. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the project engineer by Monday, June 14, 2021 of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference.
