| A pre-bid conference is set for June 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by video conference. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the project engineer by 10 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2021 of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference.
