Special Requirements:
For the unpriced first phase, technical offers referred to as the "REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS"
documents shall be submitted as instructed on Section 00200 "BIDDER'S STATEMENT OF
QUALIFICATIONS", otherwise these documents shall not be opened or considered. "Request for
Qualifications" documents received after the date and time stated above will also not be considered. The
County will evaluate submitted Requests for Qualifications and will notify bidders of their qualification's
acceptance or rejection by the date and time stated on Section 00200. These decisions will be final.

For the priced second phase, bidders whose qualifications are determined acceptable will be invited to
submit sealed price bids, in which sealed bids shall be received electronically and recorded immediately
via the Public Purchase System by 2:00 PM HST on AUGUST 10, 2021. Bids shall be submitted via the
Public Purchase System, otherwise bids shall not be opened or considered. Also, bids received after the
time fixed for opening will not be considered.

Miscellaneous:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for the project. Interested parties are invited
to join virtually via the Blue Jeans Video Conference, which can be accessed at the following web address:
https://bluejeans.com/971804278 on July 15, 2021 AT 10:00 AM HST. Parties may also call-in to the prebid
meeting at (408) 915-6290, and use conference 10: 971 804 278#.


A non-mandatory site visit of the facility will be conducted on JULY 16, 2021 AT 9:30 AM HST.
Interested parties are invited to meet at the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3300 Honoapiilani
Highway, for the project site tour.
