| A pre-bid conference is set for Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. by video or telephone conference. The pre-bid conference will be held virtually via GoTo Meeting. The virtual meeting invite link is: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/198009405. If prospective bidders would like to call into the meeting, the phone number is (872) 240-3212 and the access code is 198-009-405. A pre-bid site inspection is set for Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. and will be at the project site. Persons attending the site inspection are instructed to meet at the designated time at the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility at 3300 Honoapiilani Highway, Lahaina, Hawaii 96761. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend both the pre-bid conference and site inspection, but attendance is not mandatory. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid site inspection must notify the project engineer by Friday, October 22, 2021 of their planned attendance and number of attendees. Please email albert.hahn@co.maui.hi.us to provide a contact phone number. If no prospective bidders notify the project engineer of their planned attendance for the site inspection, the site inspection will be cancelled, and the cancellation of the site inspection will be announced at the pre-bid conference.
