| A pre-bid conference is set for November 1, 2021 at 9:05 a.m. by video or telephone conference. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall email christy.k.chung@co.maui.hi.us by October 29, 2021 to notify the project engineer of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference.
