| A pre-bid conference is set for November 17, 2022 at 8:00 AM via the Bluejeans virtual meeting platform. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the project engineer by November 14, 2022 of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference.
