Sealed Bids to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to remove and replace the existing line shaft deep well pumps with submersible pumps at Hamakuapoko Well 1 (5420-20) and Well 2 (5320-01) for the Department of Water Supply, County of Maui, will be received up to 10:00 o'clock a.m. on

MAY 08, 2012

and publicly opened thereafter in the Conference room of the Department of Water Supply located on the fifth (5th) floor of the County Building at 200 South High Street in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.

Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Fiscal Division, located on the fifth floor of the County Building. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday or visit the Maui County website: www.mauicounty.gov, under Bids & Proposals.

Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103D and any amendments.
