TO ALL BIDDERS:
The following is a clarification to the Bid Proposal of the document. Bidders are required to incorporate all necessary changes, additions, or deductions in their proposal.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. Remove cold mix and patch trench with 12 inches asphalt concrete.
Shall read:
1. Need to do a 12 inch cut back from original cut line.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
2. Trench restoration details will be deleted from bid documents.

3. Six (6) inches of base.

3. If there is a base that is present, remove only Two (2) inches from road surface.

11. Twelve (12) inches of cutback will be deleted from bid documents.
