The following shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents for the subject project and shall govern the work taking precedence over previously issued documents covering the items noted.  All conditions not modified shall remain unchanged. 

BID OPENING DATE


The Bid Opening date has been changed from MARCH 21, 2013 to MAY 9 2013.  The time (2:00 PM-HST) and location will remain the same.

CLARIFICATIONS

 NOTICE TO BIDDERS:         Delete the last sentence in the second paragraph:

                                                “Additionally, the Contractor will hire a consultant from the attached list to design the two monitoring wells”
