There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Parks Conference Room, at War Memorial Gymnasium, Unit 2, Wailuku, HI 96793.  The meeting will start at 9:00 AM and include a site visit to the War Memorial Football Stadium.  This meeting is not mandatory; however prospective proposers are highly enocuraged to attend.
