Customer service should be a vital part of your business strategy and the need for world-class service should be reinforced daily with employees. The quality and consistency of service provided can significantly help or hurt your business, especially in today’s world of social media. Customers are no longer just buyers of your products and services, they are on-the scene reporters that can quickly share what they had experienced with your business in a matter of minutes. Often a customer will not remember exactly what was said, but they will most certainly remember how the interaction made them feel. This presentation will cover
